Future Green Studio awarded "Most Committed Creative Partner" by Gowanus Canal Conservancy

The Gowanus Canal Conservancy named Future Green Studio their "Most Committed Creative Partner" for our participation in the 9th Street Wildflower Corridor project. Associate Designer Zenobia Meckley accepted the award at the Annual Members Meeting on Tuesday, November 18th. For the first phase of this project, 24 hand crafted planters were built, planted with a diverse wildflower palette and placed along 9th Street between 2nd and 5th Avenues in Brooklyn. Additional planters will be built in future phases of the project so that the corridor will eventually line the entire length of 9th Street from the Gowanus Canal to Prospect Park. You can read more about the project here.
